This was more expensive than the other brands I researched, but I am told repairs are infrequent and it will hold up well. I hope so. I did not get the top of the line... not many wash options for $1,250, but my clothes come out clean and the washer does not go out of balance with large items (like my LG did). I am satisfied.

I like the fact that it has an agitator and stainless-steel interior...also that it has a few dials that allow me some choices in manual control. However, the programmed Normal Eco and Autofill cycles work fine in doing a clean "every-day" kind of wash. The TR3 is a nice-looking machine, too, in that it's not overly busy with a multitude of cycles that I find personally unnecessary. My very first washing machine lasted from 1963 to 1978 and my 2nd one lasted from 1978 to 2016. My next one had no agitator and stopped working properly in 2022. It only let water in and out. The inner barrel or drum of the machine didn't move at all. From that time until last month, I've been going to a laundromat and always had good luck with their Speed Queens, my major reason for choosing that brand of washer. I did some research on-line, too, with positive results.

Bought this washer after reading it is the best brand around . Well it isn't .This machine will not wash and full load of clothes . If i fill the tub with more than 1/4 to 1/2 load it stops . I have to unplug it, take clothes out of it and start over . I really feel we wasted our money . Four bath towels and 13 pairs of socks should not be considered an over size load.

I don't like the fact that I can't do a rinse only without a wash. Every time I put fabric softener in the dispenser, after cycle is finished there are fabric softener streaks all over the clothes because the dispenser did not release at the proper time. Then I am unable to put thru a rise cycle only without going through the entire cycle. On a positive note, I like the warranty and the fact that it is manufactured in the US.

Disappointed that Eco is not separate from Normal

We couldn't understand why our wash wasn't using hot water when we set it on Eco/Normal. We then realized, after reading the manual, that the only way to wash with hot water is to set the washer on heavy duty. There's always a cool rinse no matter what selection you use. To us, heavy duty was always the exception. But to wash with hot water on this washer, you must select it all the time. Also, outhe delivery person didn't leave us with the plastic tub brace and plastic bottom plug for moving the washer. The store gave us another brace but didn't have the plastic plug. These are in case we want to take our washer with us when we move. But I feel much more secure with this washer than I ever did with my Samsung.

This is the best washing machine I have ever owned. Previous machines always had problems such as getting off balance, unable to spin the load dry and being very noisy. This machine is built tough, really cleans the wash load, is very quiet and the cycles times are fast. It handles all wash loads from delicate to heavy duty extremely well.

I like to start a load with heavily stain items with strong detergent and for whites Clorox and let those items soak. Later I will add the rest of the load, add more water and let the washer finish. I am pleased with the ease as well as the fine results. I love the auto fill option, no guess work.
