The refrigerator is nice, however, the lower shelf in the refrigerator is poorly made of molded plastic that is not designed to support the weight of glass jars and containers The shelf cracked on the bottom and sides even though it was not overloaded.

I BOUGHT THIS GE FRIDGE AT A LOCAL MOUNTAIN APPLIANCE STORE OR TWICE THE PRICE SEEN ELSEWHERE, BUT THEY DELIVERED TO A CABIN DURING BAD WEATHER, I WAS THANKFUL FOR THAT. DURING DELIVERY, THE FRESH FOOD DOOR WAS DAMAGED. I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT - AFTER AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME, IT WAS REPLACED. WE COULD NOT GET THE STORE TO COME OUT AND EXCHANGE THE DOOR SO WE PICKED UP DOOR IN SHIPPING BOX AT RETAIL STORE.THE REPLACEMENT DOOR WAS SEALED IN A SHIPPING BOX WITH NO OBVIOUS DAMAGE. BUT UPON OPENING BOX, THERE WAS A LARGE DENT NEAR THE TOP OF THE SIDE OF THE DOOR ON HINGE SIDE. AFTER SO MUCH EFFORT TO GET THE REPLACEMENT, I GUESS WE WILL LIVE WITH A NEW SST FRIDGE WITH A BIG DENT ( 3-4") IN THE DOOR. I GIVE UP , I FEEL CHEATED AND DO NOT THINK I WILL BUY A GE PRODUCT AGAIN.

The stainless steel is very hard to keep from getting blotchy on front after cleaning per instructions. It also scratches very easily compared to our kitchen aid dishwasher right next to it.

It's an average refrigerator. If you have a lot of heavy products, e.g. a gallon of milk and a liter of soda the glass shelves start to bow in the middle. You have to be extremely careful about weight distribution on the shelves. Product does not have a deli draw, so you you lose valuable storage space. The store did not have a display model out for us to look at. The product we choose was actually not in stock, so the sales associate priced matched it and offered us this model because it was in stock. We needed a refrigerator immediately.

We purchased this refrigerator because of the current pandemic, our main fridge is small 28™s bottom freezer and it™™s as small as a cheap laundry basket. We thought about a stand alone freezer but this GE refrigerator has the same size freezer a a small chest and a big refrigerator to boot. Very happy with this unit.

This fridge works great for my house and the stainless steel looks sleek. More affordable than the french door refrigerators I looked at and has lots of space. Only complaint is it is not super quiet when running.

This refrigerator is very basic and has a lot of room. I like the freezer on top versus my last one - GE profile with a bottom freezer. This is a great refrigerator value for the price.

It makes just as much motor noise (especially at when it starts up at the first 10 seconds of powering up) as much as our old 35 year old unit. A little disappointed in the product. Will get a Samsung unit next time.

Have only had new refrigerator for about 2 months, everything good so far, I love the deeper door storage and the glass shelving. Had to go with something that would fit in the space I had but I feel like this one has more room than my previous refrigerator.

This is a definite step up from my previous refrigerator (not a GE)! I love the additional space in both compartments and the fresh produce drawers. Within a couple of hours of plugging in, the temperature in both compartments was where it needed to be to keep food frozen and cold. This refrigerator is quiet compared to my old one; I hardly know when it's running. I gave a 4-star instead of 5-star rating for two reasons. This model has no deli drawer. I've found a solution, but it would have been nice to have a built-in drawer. The other is that the ice maker is slow compared to the ice maker in my previous refrigerator. Other than those two things, I love my new fridge!

EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE DIFFERENT SIZED BURNERS AND GRIDDLE IN THE MIDDLE. PERFECT FOR HEATING TORTILLAS, GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES & MUCH MORE. A FINELY CRAFTED PRODUCT. With a major remodel of my small kitchen new appliances were required. As I was very pleased with my 29 year-old GE appliances I decided to look to the same manufacture. That said I completed research on all brands and discovered that only GE makes a fridge that fit in my confined space and as it stands next to the dishwasher I wanted the same brand. I am pleased with both but wish the new fridge had a deli drawer. Also, my old appliances were sold and continue to work well in their new homes which demonstrates the quality of GE appliances.

I replaced my 19.1 cu ft GE appliance that still worked great for being over 20 years old. The only problem I had with that one is the gaskets around the door were going bad again (I replaced them 5 or 6 years ago). I figured I had good quality before with GE so I'd give them another try. So far I am VERY PLEASED!
PS I had to get help Lowe's to get the stainless steel finish delivered directly to me as they only had white in the store. Delivery guys were top notch.
